Lava stones are created by the fire and energy of a volcano and are rich in minerals that come from deep within the earth. Due its strong connection to the earth wearing lava stones grounds you keeping you calm and maybe even brave. At one time, lava stone was used by soldiers to help keep them calm in war.

Add Essential Oil
Lava's porous nature soaks in the oil easily. Simply apply 1-2 drops onto the lava stone to infuse them with your scent and enjoy the added healing benefits.

For longer life, please roll the bracelet onto your wrist rather than stretching the elastic.
